About This Webinar

When girls believe in their own power, everything changes. Lean In Girls is a free, flexible leadership curriculum helping girls ages 11–15 build confidence, embrace challenges, and unlock their full potential.

Designed for easy implementation, Lean In Girls includes ready-to-use facilitator guides, hands-on activities, and discussion-based lessons that educators nationwide are successfully using to improve outcomes for middle school girls – with 95% reporting meaningful gains in student voice, engagement, and self-advocacy.

In this interactive session, participants will learn about the link between leadership development and student success, participate in a curriculum-based activity, and explore case studies from schools that have used the program to increase engagement and improve student outcomes. Attendees will leave with free resources to implement the program in their classrooms and communities.

In this session, you will:

  • Discover how leadership development can be a powerful tool for improving girls’ academic engagement, well-being, and confidence to succeed – especially in the middle school years.
  • Explore how educators across the country are using Lean In Girls to boost self-advocacy, resilience, agency, and foster healthy peer relationships.
  • Walk away with a free, ready-to-use curriculum and resources you can implement immediately with your students.
