About This Lesson
In this collaborative sorting activity, students will consider a real example of how a bill becomes a law. Students will consider seven different bill building cards, each providing a real example of one step in the legislative process. Working in groups, students will have to order the cards to demonstrate their understanding of the legislative process in their passing a bill into law worksheet.
